When medical care cannot offer a cure, hospice provides care, comfort and support for people with life-limiting conditions as well as for their families. Each individual we care for receives the personal attention of a team that includes doctors, nurses, social workers, chaplains, home health aides and trained volunteers.
Our palliative care program is a medical specialty that focuses on improving quality of life and providing comfort to people of all ages with serious, chronic, and life-threatening illnesses. This program assists with symptom management, opens discussion about disease progress and improves quality of life.
